The Calendar Project

This is an ongoing project I began in 2022. Since then, I make a calendar every year based on the Chinese zodiac. What started as a one-time design gradually became a personal ritual.

Each edition reflects where I am at that moment—how I’m feeling, what I’m inspired by, and what kind of images I’m longing to make. Sometimes it leans toward abstraction, sometimes it becomes more animated. I want to take the chance to be playful and have fun with design, and share it with others.

Every year, I produce a small edition to share with friends, and sometimes with strangers too.
